Rastis is not related to any hobbits. He is currently living in the middle-east (Diolkos) with his family in a major urban center. Rastis is a sociologist in that he studies peoples, languages, cultures, and contexts. He holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Theology and will soon finish a masters in intercultural studies. He is currently studying Islam in urban contexts.
